With years of experience, Deon Goldschmidt, Esq., has been practicing personal injury law for over 2 decades. A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, he earned his law degree in 1992 from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He is a member of the California Bar and is also admitted to practice in S.A.Mr. Goldschmidt is committed to using his vast experience in personal injury law to assist clients in the San Diego area, where he resides.
Kevin was born and raised in San Diego, California. He attended Montana State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and was a full-time student athlete playing football for the Bobcats.
Kevin then continued his education at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated with cum laude honors. Kevin was lucky enough to meet the head attorney of San Diego Personal Injury Attorneys – Deon Goldschmidt – through his stepbrothers and was a law clerk for the firm throughout his time in law school.
In his spare time, Kevin likes being active and getting back to playing football as much as he can, spending time with family, and hanging out with friends

Michel is fluent in English and Arabic. He is a native of Egypt and immigrated to the United States after high school to further his education. He enjoys working out, staying healthy, and spending time with family and friends.
Rachelle was born in Los Angeles, California and moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Rachelle conducted cancer therapeutics research as an undergraduate research fellow at The Scripps Research Institute in La
Jolla, California and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Rachelle was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and elected Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Law Association during her time in law school. She worked as a law clerk for our office and now is an associate attorney.
Rachelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as enjoying the outdoors by hiking, camping, and skiing.
